About the MTec Hinge

We have designed a patent-pending MT200 series by MTec: cable-less torsion ramp hinge that is easy to install and is customizable for your aluminum trailer. This hinge will replace your current spring-assist ramp door assembly and all the parts associated with it. Using our unique designed hinge will allow you to reduce labor by not requiring all of those special parts like cable bracket mount, spring cover, etc. This hinge also brings additional safety by not having to do adjustments on those tensioned cables!
