Our vast experience working in the cargo trailer industry showed us there was a need and desire for an option other than traditional overhead springs and cables. So we engineered the MT200 series by MTec: cable-less torsion ramp hinge (US Provisional Serial No. 63/643 637).
We are OEM supplier and currently not for retail for now.
Any warranty claims need to go through the trailer manufacturer.

About the MTec Hinge
We have designed a patent-pending MT200 series by MTec: cable-less torsion ramp hinge that is easy to install and is customizable for your aluminum trailer. This hinge will replace your current spring-assist ramp door assembly and all the parts associated with it. Using our unique designed hinge will allow you to reduce labor by not requiring all of those special parts like cable bracket mount, spring cover, etc. This hinge also brings additional safety by not having to do adjustments on those tensioned cables!
